All food will be served on trays with the appropriate paired condiments.
BROWN RICE ARANCINI Asian style brown rice balls with onion, ginger, carrot and soy sauce, rolled in sunflower seeds and deep fried. Served with pickled ginger V/GF/DF
VEGETABLE GYOZA Filled with cabbage, carrot, spring onions, mushroom and ginger wrapped in gyoza wrappers and steamed, served warm with soy dipping sauce V/DF
DOLMADES Hand rolled vine leaves stuffed with rice, onion, currants, parsley, mint and dill. Cooked with olive oil and lemon juice, served warm V/GF/DF
RICE PAPER ROLLS Rice papers stuffed with baby spinach leaves, rice noodles, grated carrot, cucumber, marinated tofu and coriander pesto, served with hoisin sauce V/GF/DF
SPRINGROLLS Asian style with cabbage, peas and herbs, deep fried and served with sweet chilli sauce V/GF/DF
SWEET POTATO CROQUETTES Mashed sweet potato, walnuts, onion and coriander, rolled in breadcrumbs, deep fried and served with sweet chilli and sour-cream dip DFA/VA
PIZZA Polenta and wheat flour base with our homemade tomato sauce, zucchini slices, mushrooms, red capsicum, olives, herbs and cheese
PUMPKIN TARTS Roasted pumpkin pieces with caramelised onion, feta cheese and walnuts baked in puff pastry DFA/VA/GFA
SPINACH AND FETA TARTS English baby spinach, onion, feta cheese and dill baked in puff pastry DFA/VA/GFA
SAMOSA Spiced potato, pea and cashew curry baked in puff pastry DF/V/GFA
STUFFED MUSHROOMS Mushrooms stuffed with onion, garlic, cashews, brown rice, soy sauce and thai basil, pan fried and served with coriander pesto V/GF/DF
TOFU KEBABS Marinated tofu and a colourful variety of vegetables, panfried. Served either Asian style with peanut sauce or Mediterranean with garlic and mint yoghurt V/DFA/GF
FRITTATA Zucchini, sweet potato, capsicum, cashew nuts, feta cheese, eggs and basil, oven baked GF/DFA
POLENTA FINGERS Polenta fingers with parmesan cheese, baked and served with a homemade tomato relish GF/DFA/VA
TOFU CAKES Organic tofu, blended with lemongrass, nuts, shallots, coriander, chilli, lime leaves and mint, deep fried and served with sweet chilli sauce V/GF/DF
