Meat Options

Although LUSHIOUS is a vegetarian catering company, we are able to offer meat options when required. Most people are happy to have a vegetarian function, some would like to offer one or two meat options.

Below are some of the meat options we can offer as part of your menu. All meat is free range and locally sourced

• MEDITERRANEAN MEATBALLS: lamb and beef mince in a rich tomato sauce

• CHICKEN SATE: chicken skewers with peanut sauce

• BEEF DOLMADES: beef mince, rice, pine nuts and lots of herbs

• ROAST TURKEY: brined free range turkey, succulent and juicy

• RICE PAPER ROLLS WITH PRAWN AND ROAST PORK: rice noodles, lettuce, prawn, pork and herbs, served with coriander pesto
