Meat Options
Although Lushious is a vegetarian catering company we have started to offer a limited range of meat options that can be added to your menu choice. We understand not everyone if vegetarian and while we can cater predominately to this, you may choose to add one or two meat elements to your menu for those who do choose to eat it.

PORK GYOZA Pork mince, cabbage, herbs and spices wrapped in a gyoza wrapper served with a spicy soy and sesame dipping sauce DF
BEEF CROQUETTES Beef and potato mix, coated in bread crumbs and fried served with mustard mayo

CHICKEN SKEWERS Marinated chicken skewers served either Asian style with peanut sauce or Mediterranean with garlic and mint yogurt GF/DFA
BEEF SKEWERS with capsicum and red onion and a red wine marinade GF/DF
MEATBALLS Beef & pork/lamb meatballs with fresh herbs they can be made Italian or Mediterranean style, a rich house made tomato sauce
THAI STYLE MEATBALLS Chicken meatballs with an array of fresh herbs and ginger served with a sweet chili dipping sauce DF
FISH TACOS / CHICKEN TACOS Served in a soft taco with a fresh tomato salsa, lettuce and a dill mayo sauce
CHICKEN IN PROSCIUTTO Juicy chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with paprika served with a white wine sauce GF
BEEF LASAGNE Classic Italian lasagne with slow cooked bolognese sauce layered with fresh lasagne sheets and a creamy bechamel sauce
STUFFED TURKEY BREAST Juicy turkey stuffed with sourdough, apple and herbs served with a zesty cranberry sauce and gravy
PORK FILET Buttermilk and mustard marinated pork fillet coated in breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley
